I am very pleased with the doctors and staff at Atrium Animal Hospital. Dr. Lewis examined by dog Amy and checked everything in the exam and spent much time in evaluating Amy's health. Medicines and habit changes for Amy were explained and Dr. Lewis showed real concern for her health. I board Amy here and feel confident she is well cared for while I am away. The staff is professional and helpful from the front desk staff to the assistants. I just wish they were open on Saturdays but everyone needs time off. Berry Foster Charlotte
Atrium is a wonderful place. They were our vet for over 8 years before we had to move away. Hoping we build a relationship with our new vet like we had with them. Both our dogs and our cat thrived under their care; prices are reasonable for a vet in the city and the care is unmatched. Boarding services are also great - it was always a great relief to know our pets were in good hands while we were out of town, especially convenient when we could combine annual services and a bath when they coincided with a vacation
Thank you atrium for all your help over the years!
Dr Sarah Krieg and the AAH staff are wonderful. We started taking our senior Golden Retriever for acupuncture as part of a pain management plan, and over the past two years have gradually transferred all of our vet needs over to Dr Krieg.
My experience with Atrium Animal Hospital was amazing. To begin, we had an issue with our rabbit's eye. She had escaped her enclosure and had an adventure on her own in the wild for almost three weeks. When we found her and got her home, she kept her eye mostly closed (but otherwise seemed fine).
It's extremely difficult to find a vet in the Charlotte area willing to look at a rabbit. We finally were referred to Atrium Animal Hospital from another vet, and when we called on a Monday found they were booked for appointments for 10 days (another was 2+ weeks). However, they advised to call first thing the next morning to see about any cancellations. We were able to grab a mid-morning appointment to get our rabbit seen.
The new patient and check-in process was flawless. Dr. Morrison was great as well. He carefully explained what he was doing, and gave the impression he was interested in me understanding and learning. He invited me to look as they dyed both eyes to investigate any damage, explaining what he saw in the eye with the issue. We only needed some antibiotic drops, but Dr. Morrison explained how he administers the drops in detail.
I appreciate the time and care provided for our rabbit after her injury during her adventure. I'd recommend Atrium Animal Hospital for anyone with exotic / non-standard pets.
This was my first time at the vet with my bunny and everyone from the front desk to the vet himself was very nice! I had a great first experience and I got all the information I needed and I felt like my bunny was in good hands. :)
Dr. Morrison and staff are very knowledgeable.
They are thorough, but at the same time gentle, with my parrot, Manny.
I would highly recommend Atrium Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for doctors and staff that are knowledgeable, thorough, and caring.
I have trusted Atrium Animal Hospital for more than 20+ years. The entire staff is wonderful & very knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust my fur babies to any other vet.
Dr Sarah Krieg is one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have had many many pets over the past 50+ years and I am so fortunate to have her caring for my 4 pups now.
